“After years of on-off severe back problems and multiple different therapeutic routes, MyoReformation has worked wonders on my back. Four months since my first appointment and I've felt significant benefits from day one.”

Jono Goosen
Background
Former Zimbabwe international rugby player with a background in sports science. Jono has dedicated his career to understanding how the body moves and heals. His athletic background gives him an intuitive understanding of where bodies hold tension and what it takes to recover.
Training & Credentials
Trained directly under the founder, completing all advanced modules before bringing MyoReformation to the UK in 2019. Jono holds the UK trademark for MyoReformation® and is the only practitioner authorised to train others in the United Kingdom. He is a registered member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
Approach
Jono's particular interest lies in complex cases — clients who've been through the medical system without finding answers, or those managing long-term conditions that require sustained, careful support. His philosophy: “I'd rather be honestly uncertain than confidently wrong.”
Specialties
Complex Long-term Cases · Sports Injuries · Post-Surgical Recovery · Chronic Pain · Post-Critical Illness

Julia Rous
Background
Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Julia has had a lifelong curiosity about the relationship between subtle energies and the dynamic life forces in nature, with a fascination in the body's ability to adapt and heal. She completed a degree in Fine Art, trained as a Steiner teacher, and brings a unique perspective combining artistic sensitivity with bodywork practice.
Training & Credentials
Julia trained directly with the founder in Harare. Her realisation happened on receiving MyoReformation, where all of her previous attempts to heal and reconnect with herself seemed to pale in comparison. The body was able to release what it had been holding onto, to a point that it could begin its healing.
Approach
Julia has explored an array of healing modalities — from psychotherapy, traditional Chinese herbals and acupuncture, to meditation and yoga. She brings this holistic perspective to her practice, combining precision with deep intuitive wisdom.
Specialties
Holistic & Integrative Practice · Artistic Sensitivity · Long-term Recovery · Stress & Nervous System Support

Alastair Miles
Background
Alastair was a London tech entrepreneur with an Engineering Masters degree before discovering MyoReformation through a gift of several sessions from his mother. A fortuitous redundancy released him from his corporate role and a commitment to embodiment practices helped him muster the courage to follow his calling.
Training & Credentials
After practising on fifty willing volunteers — family, friends, and Hackney musicians — Alastair booked a one-way flight to Harare to complete his apprenticeship. He spent three months practising with the founder and testing his skills on the practitioner community, which assured him he was exactly where he should be.
Approach
Meeting thriving patients in Harare left Alastair with a deep belief in the power of the body to heal itself. He's passionate about building communities and passing on the knowledge bestowed on him — “rewild the earth to heal the people, and rewild the people to heal the earth.”
Specialties
Community Building · Post-Injury Recovery · Desk Worker Syndrome · Embodiment & Movement
