Who we are
MyoReformation UK is operated by Jono Goosen Limited, the UK trademark holder for MyoReformation®, based in South Kensington, London. We are the data controller responsible for the personal information you provide through this website. Our contact email for any privacy matter is info@myoreformation.uk.
What data we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you use our contact form we ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, and your message. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising networks, or third-party analytics that profile you across other websites. If you contact a practitioner directly through an external link, that practitioner handles your data under their own privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry, to route you to the most appropriate practitioner based on your location, and — where you have asked about it — to share information about training. We do not send marketing newsletters unless you have explicitly requested them, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Our legal basis
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (you submitted the form and asked us to respond) and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry and operating the service. You can withdraw your consent or object to processing at any time by emailing info@myoreformation.uk.
Who sees your information
To connect you with care, we may share the details of your enquiry (name, email, phone, location, and message) with the MyoReformation practitioner best placed to help you. We share only what is necessary to make that introduction. We do not share your data with any other third party unless required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a basic record of correspondence. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our active systems within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep a record.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to request its deletion, to restrict or object to its processing, and to request portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@myoreformation.uk. We will respond within one month.
International transfers
MyoReformation practitioners are based in the UK and Zimbabwe. If your enquiry is routed to a practitioner outside the UK, your data may be processed in that country. We only share what is necessary to make the introduction, and the receiving practitioner is responsible for handling your data in line with their own policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
How to complain
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data and we have not resolved it to your satisfaction, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
